New families can select an available training package and complete their first payment online. If your child is already registered, use Find My Account and enter the registered phone number in international format, starting with 00971. Once the account is found, you can continue with the payment or recover your account using the registered phone number or email address. After a successful payment, the academy administration will issue the invoice; first-time members will receive their username and password once enrolment has been completed.

Join Star Basketball Academy in 5 Simple Steps

From learning the basics to improving movement, teamwork and game awareness, the right basketball programme gives young players room to grow. Parents can complete the Star Basketball Academy registration online and prepare for the first class with this quick guide.

Important—check before submitting

Use the child’s name exactly as it appears on the Emirates ID and check every spelling.
Upload a clear head photo of the child only and the front of the child’s Emirates ID.
For a UAE mobile number, enter the international format beginning with 00971.
Check the parent email address and mobile number carefully; these are used for account access and academy communication.

Complete the basketball registration form

Enter the child’s full name and date of birth exactly as shown on the Emirates ID. Provide the parent’s active email address, a UAE mobile number beginning with 00971 and any important health information. Review the spelling and contact details carefully before sending the form.

Add the child’s photo and Emirates ID

Upload a clear head photo of the child only—not a full-length, family or team photograph. Upload a readable copy of the front of the child’s Emirates ID. This document is mandatory when the academy registers players for basketball competitions.

Select the basketball programme and complete payment

Compare the available classes, venues, schedules and packages, then pay online through the Star Basketball Academy mobile app. If you leave after registering but before payment, return using the same mobile number. The system should retrieve the existing registration and allow you to proceed with payment. Please do not register the child again.

Receive the parent/student account details

Payment does not create the username and password immediately. The administration team first checks the submitted information and documents, completes the enrolment and places the child in the selected basketball class. The parent/student account username and password are then sent by WhatsApp and SMS to the registered number.

Come to the first basketball session

The academy confirms the court, class and starting time. Arrive early with appropriate indoor sports shoes and water. The basketball training uniform is normally collected at the venue from the first session. The team will provide separate information about game uniforms and competition participation when applicable.
